"Good email responsiveness from Brent.  Service guy showed up on time, was polite, answered all my questions, finished in the promised time, and performed a good service.  I'll definitely use them again for my next HVAC need. <br />"

"I called and a polite man answered the phone.  I explained what I needed done and he said he would go out and check out my chimney and quote me a price.   He was out very quickly and we discussed the work over the phone.  I hired him over the phone and he completed the work after the weather cleared up.  He called to explain the work that was completed and suggested other work that I may need on my roof as an fyi.   He also suggested tuck pointing my chimney and I hired him to complete that as well at a later date.  The price came in at the quoted price.  All was good."

"A drunk driver crashed into our house in the middle of the night.  JBenson arrived within 2 hours of having called them for emergency board up service the next day.  They sent a crew of 4 (plus an electrician that arrived later).  After reviewing the damage, they said they could just board it up or fix the structure.  They removed all broken pieces to the structure, reframed the corner, placed sheeting and tyvek and cleaned up the glass around the site.  Their electrician (a sub) ran a dummy line through the broken outlet so that we could turn the electricity back on to that part of the house. <br /> The cost listed above is an estimate based on the 5 hours of work.  I have not yet seen the claim so I did not rate on cost. <br /> All of the team was very professional and courteous.  We are waiting for a final bid to see if they come back to finalize the work. <br />"

"Keith's crew replaced the roof on my 100-year-old house, which included two layers of shakes and 25-year-old asphalt shingles on top. Being they were replacing the original roof, plywood sheathing had to go over the old boards with all the gaps in between. (My roof was a crap assignment, with 12/12 slope, lots of angles, and a few challenges. Most roofers run from these jobs. Some roofers quote these tough roofs super high and just drive by, hence my son - who used to do roofing - called my roof a "drive by.")  I chose to upgrade to 50-year shingles (because I don't want to touch this roof again in my lifetime), and that also allowed the crew to work into colder weather (due to rubberized layer). While I had it in my head to be wary of roofing companies (heard and read too many bad stories), I found Keith to be honest, helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive to questions and challenges. I believe Keith is a trustworthy, ethical, and resourceful business person. I know this sounds like an advertisement for Keith, so I must say I was plenty worried and wary in the beginning. Keith and his crew impressed me and exceeded my expectations. (Keith's crews also replaced two of my neighbors' roofs, and they're pleased too.) NOTE:  My insurance company paid for most of the $17k expense. I paid for upgraded shingles, removal of old chimney, removal of old gutters/downspouts, and a couple misc. items. Overall, I'm very pleased with the process and outcome."

"I found the site over the web and contacted thecompany. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."

"We joined Angie's list to get a list of masonry contractors in our area.  We tried to find out more, using the Internet, about contractors.  We checked the Better Business Bureau and discovered that O'Connor was rated A.  He had been in busiiness a long time, so we decided to contact him.  There were no ratings or comments on Angie's list for any of the contractors. <br /> <br /> He came to our house to look at the job and give us an estimate.  It was going into winter so we waited til the spring to have the work done.  Right away when the weather was good, they contacted us and scheduled a time to begin work.  The mason who did the majority of work on the column and brick front was very nice, professional and took the time to do the best quality job. <br /> <br /> We are extremely pleased with O'Connor and would definitely contract with his company again."
