In fact, our Water Heater was also installed by Tonna."

"The carpet cleaning was fine and the cost was OK, though in our family room there were some bugs left behind under the window.  But five months after the work and we paid the bill, they sent another bill. I think they were "fishing" for more money, hoping someone would forget they paid the bill and think "Oh no, didn't I pay that bill?" and pay it again. The second bill was for a different amount. Phone calls have gone unanswered and so have emails. I suspect something is not right with this company and I'll stear clear from them in the future."

He didn't have the correct kind of cap and pipe to fix the problem right then, but he came back about a week later (as we had agreed) and installed the new stuff, cleaned out the stove and the chimney pipes, and showed me how to use the stove. It's been two years now, so I don't remember the exact price, but I do remember that I was happy with the work he had done, and remember that he was friendly and professional. And I would definitely call him again for any problem related to chimneys."
