"Our concrete walkway had cracked badly over the winter, our rock beds looked terrible and our old railroad ties used for edging were rotting and out of place from snowplowing. Josh got a couple of options to me very quickly and after I chose one was able to start work within a few days. He brought out several examples of pavers to look out and pick from . His crew got the work done in two days, and Josh saw to the details, coming out several times to inspect and make improvements. The crew was polite and neat - cleaned up very well afterward. Josh did not collect final payment until he came out an did a walk through with me. He has pride of workmanship and made some changes to improve the final look that we had not even noticed."

We called 4 different contractors, John from Don Green's Dirt Service was the only one that called us back. He came out within the week and gave us a quote. It took time trying to discuss with 10 people. John stopped out for a second time and gave us 3 different options as price was a concern. Once we all agreed on price/work, John and his team were able to come out the next week and complete work. A few of us watched the whole process. You could tell how efficient they were as doing this many times. Work was completed in 1 day and for quote amount. There was extra gravel used but John did not charge us any extra. The road looks great and concerns were fixed. John and his team took the time to walk us thru the project and inspect before payment. They did such a great job on this we are having them back in the spring to clear part of our land.

"In The Rough Stonework & Landscaping built us a beautiful greenhouse foundation that has knee-high stone walls and a cement floor. The floor has slight slope with weep holes on the low end, perfect for keeping the floor dry. They also put in a patio that wraps around the greenhouse and made it with a mix of different bricks/stones. Our greenhouse/patio is now a perfect place for gardening and lounging. On another project they made us a flag-stone patio with a stone stairway through the garden allowing easy access to our yard. In The Rough Landscaping does quality work with an eye for detail and they do it at a great price, I would highly recommend Lester Avalos and his crew."

"We've hired Sauser for multiple projects to clean up the back yard, side of house, front yard, and put in some hedges. It can sometimes take a long time for them to fit you into the schedule, but when they do, it's worth the wait. Mr. Ruiz's team works fast and produces quality work. He takes concerns seriously, and doesn't mind adding extras in, for a fee of course! We've gotten many compliments on how our yard looks now from people walking by in our neighborhood while I've been out watering. My only recommendation is to contact them early in the year as they get booked up pretty fast!"

"They came and made our yard look alive again!! We had dead grass and the yard was taken over by lots of weeds. Tony and his crew came took out all of the dead grass and weeds from the back and front yard. Leveled it with black dirt. Put in new patio with pavers. Put in edging all around the house and put in mulch. Then they planted many new plants and put sod in both the back yard and front. They did an outstanding job. We love it so much. Also Tony went out of his way to mention some ideas that we didn't even thought about. One was to buried the drain sprouts and the sump pump which they did. They also fixed one of the cement slab from the sidewalk that had sunk a little bit. We very happy with the work and love the new yard. I would highly recommend Tony and his crew again.
