"As a smaller landlord with 3 properties, my project needs are maybe not on a scale as many larger commercial projects, and in my attempts to hire drywall professionals, I was turned down by 3-4 other drywall vendors. Troy at Mudslingers was also booked, but reviewed his schedule, and after listening to my situation, took my project on, squeezing me into their already booked schedule. His team came out, and quickly demoed out the old kitchen wall material, re-rocked, and then sent out the follow up team for taping and sanding. In addition, the bathroom needed to be rocked as well, so he was able to work me into his schedule again, getting my bathroom done, which was a bit more complicated, as I needed the recessed ceiling redone as well. He had an expert that was able to complete the ceiling work as well, along with a few window crank replacements we needed repaired. All in all, Mudslingers really came through for me on these unforeseen projects. However, they even went beyond the call of duty. On another property that I just began work on, upon demo of the cabinets from the kitchen, there was also a strip of decorative formica about 2 feet wide that was on the walls between the counter top to the bottom of the upper cupboards. I had the Demo done on a Wednesday, with the replacement cabinets to be installed on Friday. On Wednesday night we had removed the formica boards and unfortunately it ripped off parts of the wall. I called Troy to see what he could do, figuring I might have to cancel my cabinet install, which could take another week or two for a rescheduled date. Troy, after reviewing the video I sent, said they could "skim coat" on Thursday, 2 coats. He said the cabinet guys could still come Friday to install the cabinets, and then his team would come back to sand to complete this emergency need. His willingness to get my crisis done on a 1 day turnaround really saved me, to keep my other projects on track. I was so appreciative given I know how booked they are on other projects. At Mudslingers, they really treated me like an important client, even though I'm not a large apartment or commercial property owner. The work was all top quality. I give them 5 stars for quality of work, and 5 stars on customer service! Now I have a contractor for all my future projects! Tim Landlord"
