"We needed some light plumbing done in our basement. Eric saved us a bunch of money in comparisons with estimate we got from a large pluming company. Also, Eric thought out of the box to come up with solutions that actually saved us money in opposed to just doing what I asked him to. (He repaired a couple valves rather than replacing them, which I thought that needed to be done). He also suggested to use a lint catcher in our laundry tub which will prevent issues down the road. I didn't know something like this was necessary. I will definitely consider Eric again if I need other handyman services. The only unfortunate thing was that I had to make an appointment about 3 weeks ahead in order to get Eric. (He must have alot of customers) <br />"

Josh, the project manager, was very knowledgable, straightforward, and friendly. He was incredibly responsive from initial estimate to project finish. His crew and subcontractors were punctual, respectful, and professional. Everyone did quality work. Other than a brief consultation, I didn't utilize Platinum's design services. But based on that interaction, I'm sure they would be helpful and comprehensive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Platinum to anyone."
