"The team from Project Support was excellent. They were very professional and respectful of our home. I had asked for their support in painting our sunroom/bathroom. They painted the walls and trimmed the windows. They also removed old wallpaper and old telephone wall jacks. No detail was too small and they were very accommodating. The most difficult task was finding a way to match the wood stain on the vaulted ceiling where a faded section needed a touch up. Everything seemed great with a nice conversation on the phone with the owner of the company Ian Webber. He told me he was busy but could probably do it sometime in mid July 2024. This was fine with me. In July he gave me a 1 day notice by text only, NO call. I told him from the start to please call me only. I do not text. I am a 100 percent disabled retired Air Force Major. It says right on my voice mail. Phone calls only please, no texts. I therefore missed this 1 day notice apointment. In September I received another text from Ians son for some reason. I called him and told him to please please only call me and I have been waiting for them to tell me when they could start painting. That was it, never heard from Ian or anyone ever again. Very, very disapointing. When your paying a company almost $18,000 to paint your property and are waiting patiently 6 months for the project to start and they cannot even give you the courtesy of a phone call.
