"ALTHOUGH JACK SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, ONCE HE DID COME, HE SPENT TIME WITH US TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. WHEN THE WORKERS CAME TO COMPLETE THE WORK, THEY WERE LATER THAN WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ON BOTH DAYS (AND DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE). WE THOUGHT THAT THEY MAYBE COULD HAVE DONE A MORE THOROUGH JOB COVERING OUR STUFF THAT WAS IN THE BASEMENT TO KEEP IT PROTECTED FROM THE DUST, BUT ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT JACK HAMMERING CONCRETE IS MESSY. OVERALL THEY DID A DECENT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALWAYS POLITE, AND COMMUNICATED WELL WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS WELL AS WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING FOR THE DAY.
