When I asked for it to be redone properly, I got excuses and then he stopped responding and never returned to fix it. Poor workmanship and no accountability. Would not recommend. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish: - Craftsmanship was poor - Work was not completed correctly - No accountability - Unprofessional follow-up - Ghosted after I requested the fix I?m leaving this review to warn others: get everything in writing, don?t rely on promises, and don?t assume they?ll stand behind their work once payment is made. I regret choosing Krypto Blast and would not recommend them based on my experience. The swale was not done correctly. The grading/slope did not function as it should and was crumbling since day one , the finished work looked rushed and sloppy. I have photo evidence showing the issue clearly."
