"<p>While we are happy with the majority of the concrete that was poured, we ran into issues associated with the gate.  We assumed that it would be handled like it had been before the concrete was poured (with a central post that could be removed from the ground) but instead a solid slab was poured so we've had to adjust hardware (and may have longer term issues with support).  Our lesson learned is to be sure that our contract is very specific.</p> <br />"

"Alves was very responsive and professional while performing the work. One of the workers broke through a part of the roof that was rotten, and they quickly covered the exposed room with tarping. The area was cleaned well afterwards. They were extremely fast in replacing the roof, and it looks fantastic! Another crew came out the following day to install the metal gutters. They were also very quick and professional. The finished product looks excellent."

"He is a very nice young man! He is accommodating and had some good ideas and suggestions. He was not expensive, his estimates were affordable but I had a few other problems arise and I couldn't' end up going with him. He did everything he could to give me what he thought I wanted, which I did, and I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have him perform the service. He brought me over a couple of different large samples. I told him about a restaurant who's floor I liked and he actually went to the restaurant and he was willing to make a sample of that floor for me as well. I do recommend that people talk to him before they decide on a concrete contractor! I have showed other people his samples and they liked them!"
