"Work was fine until we decided to add on French doors to replace existing sliding. I showed him the doors I wanted (via Lowe's website) and he said he would order & install them. The weather turned cold and he agreed to finish in spring. This was the final part of the project. CV-19 hit and once construction re-opened, he came to see the site, said it would take one day for installation of the doors... and then never returned any calls, emails, etc. I held back $500 from the total bill to ensure completion.
