"When I found out my chimney siding was Masonite (who the heck knows why someone would use that on the exterior )! I changed the scope to replace the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone bids to replace the siding on the entire chimney when I save up the money required."

"It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

Scheduling was terrific providing updates as to when the order was received, processed, complete and ready for install. The install was amazing - longer than I expected but we had some huge windows replaced. They even hit a small snag and had the problem solved in minutes. Pretty great experience overall. Price is a little hard to swallow but we love the product and how it looks along with the efficiency. Would have been nice to have one final cleaning of the windows on the outside after the install to get rid of caulk/suction marks."

They werenâ t the least expensive but the quality of their products more than justified the slightly higher price. When it comes to something as important as the entire outside of your house, cheap isnâ t a good idea. You get what you pay for and Blue Springs more than delivered especially when you factor in the lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew that worked on our house was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and worked 10 - 12 hour days to complete our project far more quickly than we had anticipated. The before and after pictures of our house are absolutely amazing!"
