"I recently had KH Appliance Repair fix my washing machine, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the start, they were incredibly responsive, scheduling an appointment quickly at a time that worked best for me. The technician arrived right on time, which is a huge plus in my book. Their pricing was very fair and competitive compared to other quotes I received, with no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. The technician diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and expertly, clearly knowing exactly what they were doing. They were also friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the problem and answer all my questions. After the repair was complete, they cleaned up the area around the washing machine, leaving it spotless. Overall, KH Appliance Repair exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for prompt, professional, and fairly priced service, I highly recommend them. They’ve earned my trust and will be my go-to for any future appliance repairs!"

"Great - I as not sure whether or not my 17-year old washer was worth repairing or not. A service all told me quickly that the cost of the repair would be almost as great as purchasing a new machine."

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I have had three previous service providers come to my house to diagnosis my double oven issues. None were able to resolve it. Bob and his assistant had the right tools and knowledge to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. They are very knowledgeable and professional. When I have any appliance problems in the future and AML will be my first call!"

"Prime Appliance Services was phenomenal. I worked with Ara the owner who was delightful. He arrived on time with a smile on his face. He determined the problem with my refrigerator quickly. He showed me the part that was needed on his phone. He showed my the price of that part and then gave me a quote. As such there was no hidden markup of that part and his service fee was beyond reasonable and has a 90 day guarantee. If you are looking for professionalism, skill and honest pricing this is your company. I will never look for another company again. If I could give him a ten I would. I can not say enough about how pleased I am. Search no further you will not find better. Thank you Ara, you are the very best."
