"I contacted Top Line Construction to get a quote to replace all siding on the outside of my house. Eric returned my call right away and scheduled an appointment to come out in a day or two. He provided the quote within 24 hours. I did contact 3 or 4 other companies to come out and quote my siding project and took my time making my decision who to go with. When I asked for pictures of recent work he sent me pics along with references with contact info right away. After several of going over all quotes from all the contractors, I decided to go with Eric & Top Line and very glad I did. Once we got scheduling conflicts settled, they began the work of removing all cedar siding from my entire house. I opted to replace all my insulation as my house is 45 years old and thought this was best decision. Eric accommodated this request and we worked out an agreement that we were both happy with. The work performed was high quality and fit my small budget and I would definitely hire Top Line again and likely will soon as I do have more work to be done. I also recommend him to my nextdoor neighbor, and he and his guys came out and did work for them as well, they too are very pleased with the work that was done. As with most construction projects there were a few hiccups along the way, and that was the case here. However, Eric addressed these issues when I brought them to his attention in a professional manor, not argumentative like I have experienced in the past with other contractors and did his best to address all issues to my satisfaction and they were. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend using Top Line Construction."

He allowed me to add on the work after I discovered the siding needed to be replaced and the trim around the garage. Jose communicated with me throughout the project and updated me. "I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman came out to my house the same day! We scheduled for a couple days later and he arrived right on time! He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio and side of house. The gentleman (Gearold) was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. "Our house is 63 years old and had the original aluminum windows from 1956. After several bids we decided to go with Marty and Guardian Windows. The quality of the window compared to other companies seemed to be better. The installation crew (Fernando, Matt, Jim and Darrell) showed up on a Thursday, two and a half days later they had replaced our 25 windows. These guys were very professional and hard working individuals. Every rough opening provided a challenge for trimming out based on the age of the home plus the difference in the window width of the old windows versus the new. It was amazing the job they did and how "new" it makes our home look. We've had many compliments so far. I noticed one small blemish in a pane plus they actually found a "small" scatch in another but Fernando immediately contacted the window manufacturer and replacements will arrive with a few weeks. "Great job with estimate, responsiveness, quality of product.  What soured the work was the damage that was done to my gutters while installing the screens on the exterior upstairs windows.  They were professional enough to come out and look at the damage that was done, however they continued to blame the damage that was done to the gutters on the quality of the gutters and the way that they were installed on the house. They even questioned the age of the gutters.  They had just been installed brand new two months prior.   It was clear that there were deep indentations on the aluminum gutters where the ladder had been placed on it during the installation.  The came out and "repaired" the damages and banged out the dents, but it remains noticeable.  No discount on work done for the damage was offered nor did they offer to replace the gutters."
