"Hi-Tech Termite inspected a property five years ago, diagnosed drywood termites, selected a fumigation company, and got paid. Now we are preparing to sell the house and another pest inspection company found drywood termites in the same places. We asked Hi-Tech if there was anything they could do about it since their fume obviously didn't work. Leilani in the office said "Let me send our manager out to see what we can do." Benjamin Ortiz then went to the property and called to say that he thinks they have no responsibility because their warranty expired.
