Very easy to communicate from start to finish. I had this done before by another vendor- absolutely no comparison to Dan's thoroughness, knowledge, and equipment. Very fair pricing too. "He was a good window cleaner. In a way, he was counting windows. It was only 10 actual windows because it was double windows. So, it was far less than I was looking for. But, he did a great job on the 10 windows that he did. Then, he was supposed to come back to do some additional work that I was willing to pay for. But, he never returned my calls to set up a further meeting. The work that he actually did was good. But, he fell through in terms of follow up. If he had also been good on his administrative work, I would have given him an 'A.' But because he was a little bit slow in getting going and in particular, because he didn't follow up and be responsive with coming back as I had asked, it drops him down to a 'B.' His price was a little bit higher than I had anticipated for the number of windows he cleaned."

They did a great job with great attention to details. We were very pleased with the final work. Then when we purchased another apartment that needs new floors, we immediately thought of Daniel. They did not disappoint us this time, either. The floors look great, stick firmly to the underlying level, and their team cleaned up the apartment after the work. They also finished their work on schedule. Daniel and his team are a great professional flooring team with high work ethics. I highly recommend them and would hire them again."
