Then he walked around with me, explaining and showing the improvements, updating my watering schedule on my phone AND will come back and do my back flow inspection. He left addition hoes, connectors and garden pins in case I want to add or move something. He was very transparent, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. "This is the second time I hired them since they did a good job the first time when I had my deck replaced with pavers. The problem I have with them is that the workers do not know how to plant plants. several of the of plants died. I had to replant at least 5 plants. When I was replanting (one blew out of its hole on a windy day) I found that they only dug the holes just big enough for the plant to fit then plopped the plant in. They were very sickly looking until I replanted. Also, a friend of mine just recently used them to re-do pavers, she had her dogs come in stinking of poo. She then found a spot behind her shed where one of the workers pooped and left their wipes right there. They could have at least buried it or put it in a bag to put in the garbage. Needless to say it ended up being a job of cleaning 3 dogs and the mess itself."

"They ultimately did a pretty good job in a hard to manage location on an incline, but did not come when expected and did not come with the root grinder as planned. I think Gerald, the owner, took on more work than he could manage for a while during the summer. They did better last summer when we hired them. The main issue was communication and punctuality; the work was actually pretty good."
