"Joe did the install in March 2024 and did well, however, Roger is the licensee and he and Joe are no longer working together. The main phone, 850-494-6610, has been disconnected. I have contacted Roger via email and multiple phone numbers, one given to me by Joe, another found on his auto glass company and the Florida DBPR website. He has yet to respond or call me back and it has been four weeks of attempting to reach him. I am having issues and have the AC under warranty but cant reach him to get any repairs done. It seems he has decided to quit responding or answering any follow-ups. His license is active until 8/31/2024. Do not do any work with Roger."

He even drained my other a/c unit just to make sure that I would not have an issue with that one next. Their employee provided me with honest information that I needed to know.
