"The insulation went great. The technicians worked hard very friendly and knew what they were doing. The only issue is the company told me I had to ment the inspector . I said what? I’ve been a contractor for years in Florida and myself or manager ment with the inspector I have never put that on the person I sold my services to. Why would this ever be told to do from a company that I paid to do the job? It’s too bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. That will make me think twice before hiring another contractor and ask more questions. This is wrong as I would never tell a client to sit and wait for the inspector. It’s the companies responsibility! Not a good end to the work at all."

He even drained my other a/c unit just to make sure that I would not have an issue with that one next. Their employee provided me with honest information that I needed to know. I recommend Walmer for anyone with an a/c or heating issues. Also I highly suggest that you get on their yearly if not their 6 month maintenance service plan. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
