"Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."

"This is the fourth project that Distinctive Irrigation has been hired to do for my yard. They did my irrigation 3 years ago. Two paver patios 2 years ago. Last month they added a drip line zone for my new garden boxes that I built. And today they repaired my paver patios that my neighbors trees caused an issue with. Every project has gone smoothly (weather permitting) and every project the owner has been at. The crew is always professional and I value his opinion on everything I do when it comes to my yard. I'm an older female and I appreciate when I find a group of tradesmen who won't try to take advantage of me.
