"We are very pleased with the attentive and professional care given in the replacement of our roofs following hailstorm damage April 2026. Kyle Feasel was extremely helpful managing everything throughout the whole process, from assessment of damage and estimates of replacement repairs for the roof of our home and the roof of our workshed, arranging all the repair work of the roofs, skylights, vents, gutters, and downspouts, communicating with our insurance rep. The work was completed very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We relied on Kyle completely, and he was extremely attentive to accuracy and detail. The office staff was very professional in helping with questions we had, scheduling the delivery of supplies, and arranging the scheduling of the work. Thank you all for all of the excellent work done on our behalf. Stephen and Rita Hagenhoff"

"Excellent communication and explain the process and bill of lading in detail. Completed repair work on the roof in addition to tearing old shingles off and reroofing. Cleaned the yard Looks great"

"Customer service was fine. And job was completed. Pretty pricy for applying sealant around a vent pipe"

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend  Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.

"Things went well. The work was done meticulously. They cleaned up every day and communicated well as to any stoppage. i.e. Weather stopped job for two days and I was called to inform me. All nail holes were painted to match the color scheme. The bottom line: my home looks fantastic."

"We had storm damage to our roof and our insurance adjuster was only allowing minimal repairs. We contacted Roof Masters Remodeling for an estimate on the repairs and they came out & noted several more areas of storm damage that the insurance adjuster didn’t acknowledge. They organized another appointment with the insurance adjuster & they all re-evaluated our roof. At the end, they were able to get us a full complete new roof with our insurance claim. VERY THANKFUL we didn’t just settle for the insurance adjuster’s analysis.....Gary S"

"The job was done quickly. The crew cleaned the area. The workers were professional. The roof looks great."

"They did an excellent job and they are my go-to for exterior work. We had extensive damage on our roof from recent storm and past hail damage. They came out and installed a new roof on my townhouse and they did it in one day. We have two dogs and they were extra careful to clean up loose roof nails. I highly recommend them."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
