"Excellent Service!! The only contractor that returned my call. Came out within a day, identified a roof vent stack was rusting causing a roof leak. Had it scheduled and fixed in a few days. "These guys were right on the ball with coming out and taking over my problem. I had extensive roof damage from the storm and water damage was next for the inside of our house as well. They knew what to do, how to do it, and made life a whole lot better. My repair was perfect and the new roof was on quickly. The price was completely fair and I would recommend them without hesitation!"

"We noticed a water spot in our ceiling. After calling multiple roofing companies (including some of the big names advertised on Atlanta radio), Anthony was the first to respond and set up an appointment for less than 24 hours after our initial contact. He came on a Friday afternoon, with his family in the truck, as they were going out of town, but he wanted to check our roof first. He looked in the attic and took pictures to show us. He then went on the roof and used the video phone app to walk us through the problem and the repair. He fixed the issue, and then set off on this trip. I can't think of another contractor who would put off leaving town to service one more client. Anthony will certainly be our first call for roof issues from now on."

"West Roofing and Home Repair and the owner, Ronnie West, were a pleasure to work with. They showed up when they said and did what they said they would do. They cleaned up the job area and just did a great job overall. The owner checked all the work personally to make sure it was done to his satisfaction and mine. He went above and beyond some things that I even expected him to do. He kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He seemed very knowledgeable and was always respectful. It was refreshing to have a company do exactly what they said they would do after having experience with others that did not keep their word. This company was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad they did. I have and will continue to recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future for other repairs to my home."

"OUTSTANDING!!! Total Pro Roofing just installed a new roof for us and we could not be happier! Erik Lindbloom was so professional and he went above and beyond to help us! The most excellent customer service and superb quality work! I highly recommend Erik and Total Pro Roofing! THE BEST!!!"

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"These guys were great. We started with a roof repair and upkeep Angie's list coupon, but they were very careful to look at our whole roof (now 20+ years old!). They explained everything that would need fixing and then let us decide about going ahead with a new roof. Let us take all the time we needed to decide. They were flexible with the schedule. Then, got that new roof on in less than 3 days. Clean-up was fabulous and follow-up fine. I would recommend them to anyone! Really great crew all around."
