The subfloor needed replacing and joists leveled, so it was a big job. His friendly crew did a great job and fixed other issues they found. Mike made sure we were satisfied with the work. "The attic work itself was completed within the quoted timeline, which I do appreciate. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. During the project, my ceiling was damaged and a hole was punctured. Per the contract, I should have been notified of any damage, but no one told me. I only discovered it after the crew left and had to call to find out what happened. I was told multiple times that they would return to fix the damage (Thursday/Friday, then Saturday/Monday), but there was little to no communication unless I reached out first. Appointments were missed or rescheduled without notice, and ultimately the repair was never completed. Because of this, I had to hire someone else to fix the ceiling. While the attic work was done, the lack of communication, missed commitments, and failure to resolve the damage made this a frustrating and unprofessional experience."
