"My electrician was TJ and he did an amazing job. First up was installing a new heavy chandelier in the dining room. He determined the junction box wouldn't hold the weight of the new chandelier and installed one that would. Chandelier install went great. He moved forward to installing electrical two wall sconces in the dining room. Going into this project I was fulling expecting the whole wall to require drywall repair. In the end, I have one small, very neat, hole in the kitchen that will need repair. The chandelier had two single wall switches in the dining room. He placed a dimmer on one switch and on the second he changed it out to two switches. One for the chandelier and one for the two wall sconces. This exceeded my expectations for the room. He wrapped up the day by installing a new bar light fixture of the vanity. TJ is a thoughtful and talented electrician. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and would recommend Fairway Electric."

Scott called the morning of the appointment to confirm and give me his ETA(he was traveling from SC to Charlotte). Scott was very friendly and professional. His work was excellent and I feel much safer with the new smoke detectors in my home. He answered a number of questions I had about the installation process for the chandelier and the smoke detectors. He didn't charge me for installing the new doorbell button/cover and gave me a discount for buying and installing four smoke detectors. Tri City guarantees all their work for one year. "OMG!! Where have these guys been hiding! I called several other companies because my pool was continuously losing water but none of them could seem to find the source. Within about an hour these gentlemen concluded that I had a main drain leak. They repaired the leak the next day and also took over the pool maintenance service. (They even pressure washed my deck!!) My pool has never looked nor functioned better. I would highly recommend the professionalism and knowledge of these men to anyone!"

"Noel arrived on time, and quickly began the job.  He protected my furniture and carpet from dry wall dust, in no time at all he had repaired the hole, and painted and matched the existing "popcorn" ceiling.  He even did some touch up work on other parts of the ceiling. Noel is very competent, pleasant, and did an outstanding job in the time specified.  I really enjoyed sitting and talking to him while he worked (and my talking didn't slow him down or delay him).  Another nice thing, Noel didn't even charge me for the supplies as was originally arranged, nice touch!!!
