"Being new to the area, I didnâ t know who to call for a fast flowing hot water leak in one of our showers. My Google search brought me to Angiâ s List which brought me to TMO Services. Mark came to see the problem, how he could fix it, gave me an estimate of what it would cost. Mark is a professional, he installed new pipes and a new shower. He discovered an incorrect setting in the water heating part of the furnace and corrected it. Voila, no more leaking shower and no more constant variations in shower temperature while showering. Thank you, Mark, for your excellent work."

"Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"This big job was done accurately. The water heater was done first to insure I had hot water, then the new boiler was installed. I’m set for winter!!!"

"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"Removed broken water heater and replaced all in the same day we contacted them- very satisfied with the experience Would strongly recommend them"

"I was honestly in a panic when the weather started changing because I knew I needed my water tank replaced as soon as possible. Thankfully, Dom came through! His response time was absolutely immaculate, and he understood the urgency of the situation and made the entire process so much less stressful. From his professionalism to the quality of his work, everything was top notch. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable who genuinely cares about getting the job done right. I highly recommend Dom to anyone needing a water tank replacement. Excellent service from start to finish."

"Job went well and done in a timely manner. All new parts inside and out. It works as well as a new toilet and with the new tank float it now saves water."
