"Ramiro and his team offered a fair priced and they were extremely hard working. They installed 180 feet of Black Galvanized Chain link fencing and three gates across our back yard and tied it in with our existing side yard privacy fencing. We love it. The team came when they said they would come, and worked until the job was done. Took over two days as the fence post concrete needed to sets once emplaced. It is exactly how we envisioned it would look. He quoted almost $3000 less (before tax) than another company and did more work. The other company actually wanted us to clear the growth before they put the fence up. Ramiro cleared it for us at no extra charge. In addition, he fixed our side fence gate lock and added an extra part to the wood fence so the little dog couldn't squeeze out. If we texted Ramiro he answered within minutes. That is the kind of service you expect and want. I will be contacting Nice View Fence with any repairs or replacements of the preexisting fence or deck. A definite highly recommend."

"I had a fence replacement project involved replacing 110 linear square feet of wire fence with vinyl. Originally I'd hired another contractor who had me buy the material and put down half the cost of labor before even doing any work. After a week and a half of delays with terrible communication and no work done, I fired them and found GeoHousingLLC. Gio came by to survey the land, offered me a much more reasonable quote, promised to begin work immediately, and assured me I didn't have to pay until all work was done. Whenever things came up that required my attention, he kept me informed every step of the way . All in all, they finished within the time frame estimated and the end product looks spectacular. 5 out of 5 would hire again."

"The Bluegrass Construction team did a great job with my fence project. It was a bit complicated at the start as I was installing a horizontal, mid-century style fence to replace 250+ linear feet of older vertical picket fencing. Some upfront engineering/design work was necessary to figure out how to manage the transition and step-down of the fence panels with the various changes in grades of the yard - but after working with the team the first few days to figure out pattern and style, the fencing went up very quickly and came out looking great. The team was really flexible to accommodate what we were trying to accomplish and checked in often to make sure everything was in step with the overall plan. As we ran into some grading challenges, the team helped figure out the logical path forward at minimal change order expense. They also helped coordinate with five neighbors involved with the project. Can't recommend the team highly enough and I will plan to reach out to Bluegrass with my next phase of fencing work in the new year. "The job went perfectly they showed up on time and they work efficiently even though they worked under the worst circumstances of weather they did a wonderful job I would definitely hire them again. I specially liked how they would call us ahead of time to let us know when they were going to be there or if they were not going to be able to come due to the weather but overall wonderful experience."

"Hired to complete a small wood fence and longer chain link in black finish. Wood fence was done very well, close to the ground to prevent my small dog from escaping. Looks great. Chain link also done very well. Had them back out to install a larger gate but wanted the small gate to use in another location but they said they used the materials to install the larger gate - not sure about this as I wasn't home and a bit disappointed that I paid for the same materials twice. Otherwise would be 5 star."
