"We had Serenity Kitchen & Bath remodel and update our kitchen, as well as do some repairs and a small remodel on a bathroom. "Everything went well except for the float assemblies themselves. Since I was getting the float assemblies replaced anyway, I asked for very high quality units. I was willing to pay for this. I didn't want to have to mess with this again for at least 30 years. What I got were very cheap plastic units. I didn't catch this for about 6 weeks The units are designed to allow the float level to be adjusted. On the one toilet where I tried it, I found the adjustment mechanism was stripped. Can not adjust level,"
