I then called to ask when they were planning to schedule the work and did not hear back from them. They finally called last week and left a message that they would be there the next day. <br /> <br /> Overall, they did an excellent job. 3 people from Arborel came with a large truck and shredder. The work took about 3.5 hours and they did a thorough job of cleaning up everything. The location for the work was not easily accessible, but they managed to get it all done, exactly as I had wanted it."

"Patrick and Ken have been cutting my lawn for 2 summers now. They have done a great job and I'm pleased with their work. They mow and trim the lawn once a week from about April to October (depending on weather). They usually cut on the same day of each week unless it rains, then they cut the next day. They are reliable, and provide both a weekly printed invoice and a monthly e-mailed invoice. In addition to lawn trimming, Patrick helped us out with sanding and painting a side porch, painting a gas pipe, and both he and Ken relaid some stone steps that led down a slope in our back yard. We are happy with the results of all of these extra projects. I would absolutely consider calling them to help out with any projects that were too big for us to handle on our own. <br /> One thing that stands out to me with their service is how responsive they have been to communication. I've contacted them by phone and e-mail and they have always responded promptly. For just this reason alone I would highly recommend this company. <br />"
