Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. I put out a call for bids and the owner of Royal Fox Roofing contacted me quickly (same morning as I asked them for a bid). A member of his team arrived around noon, diagnosed the problem and made a repair to the improperly installed roof shingles and gutter where the overflow was occurring.
