"Overall the work was great and our cabinets turned out exactly as we had hoped. By the time we scheduled Neil, he had a backlog of approximately a month and was able to begin the work toward the end of May. Neil was able to get our cabinet boxes painted in two visits. On his second visit, he brought some of the painted doors, and noticed that the color was a little more red than the boxes. He took the doors back, and worked with his paint supplier to get everything right, and was able to get door color matched perfectly. Yes, we had some extra time without cabinet doors, but in the end it was absolutely worth it. Everything looks great, and Neil was great throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Neil to anyone looking to have this work done in their home."

"JR was punctual and communicated well throughout the project. We had a large 15 foot long crack in our plastered living room ceiling which he repaired and painted. It was a tricky repair because he had to match the swirl in the plaster and it turned out great. He also repaired cracks in our upstairs hallway and painted it. He cleaned up thoroughly and finished in the original estimated time. His prices are reasonable and fair. We will definitely be hiring him again to paint the exterior of our house."

"Had an estimate in hand within two days after I called them and they scheduled a visit. We accepted the estimate, and they had us scheduled within four calendar days. Showed up bright and early Monday morning with a surprisingly large crew of experienced painters, and by 1 pm, the job was complete, including clean up. Great job. We're extremely pleased with the way it came out, and we've already scheduled them for an outside paint project as soon as the weather breaks. "I purchased an older home and had a few rooms that needed painting. Chris was the one of many contractors that reached out to me. I looked at all of his great reviews and we set up an appointment for a quote. Chris was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I hired him and scheduled the job. Great communication in between and I gave him the paint colors for each room. On the day scheduled, two of his workers (who Chris identified for me) showed up on time. They were professional, friendly, respectful of my time, home and belongings. They had to move furniture to paint the walls and ceiling and cleaned up afterwards. It was a 2 day job and my bedroom, office and hallway look fantastic. The work they did was exemplary. No dabs of different color paint on the ceiling or along the baseboards. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I am happy that I chose Chris and his team and will be calling on him again for future projects."

"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "Tim came to do the painting and it took him four days, that was his estimate.  He was prompt and left at dinner time so it was nice that it didn't interfere with our family time.  He left the area spotless I saw a little paint on the banister and he came and took care of it right away, when I called him.  He is prompt, polite and did an amazing job."

"Grover and his team showed up and painted all the exterior trim of our one story ranch in two days from red to blue. Overall the job looks pretty good, especially from the street. Up close there are areas that were not prepped as good as I would have expected but they will likely hold up fine to the elements. Repairs to the wood fascia were all done with filler and caulking, even on larger areas. From the ground these look okay and I think will keep water out, but replacement of rotting areas of boards would have been a better fix and I think would have been more more in line with what we paid. The quote had two coats of SW Duration. The paint used, SuperPaint, while good was not what was quoted. There are also a few small spots that I will need to touch up with the left over paint, but that may just be the perfectionist in me. The job did feel a little rushed. While I don't think R&G did a bad job, I would shop around a bit more in the future. Paid 1/3 up front, and the rest after the job. Grover asked if we could pay some with cash, which we did, and the rest with check. The cashed check was not for the correct amount however and I am working with the bank to fix. I will assume this was an honest mistake though."
