"He has a real attention to detail, he got out blood stains from some old foot problems, he cleaned the bedroom carpet like it has never been cleaned before and even pointed out an area that was high use. And every piece of furniture he moved to do the job he put a piece of plastic under each foot so that there would be no leakage from the wood reacting to the carpet being wet. "They are almost the only company that can clean oriental rugs.  They pick up and deliver.  Oriental rugs are made of wool and you can’t just come in with a machine and wash them; it is a different process to clean an oriental rug.  I think they wash them but it’s a different technique.  You have to be careful because they also have fringe.  They did a good job.  If someone has a wool rug, an oriental rug, that they need cleaned, these are the people to call.  They have been in business for over 100 years.  It’s expensive but I did give them a lot of rugs as well; the price is reasonable for what it is.  They have certain days that they go to certain neighborhoods and you can just leave your rugs out on the porch for them if you are not home."
