"Tony & crew cut out wallboard in ceiling, as needed to replace pipes, replaced necessary plumbing hardware, patched, resurfaced & painted cut out. Good as new!"

"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Everything was resolved as requested. He repaired my washing machine for me by replacing a part. Marco is very thorough and kind and I highly recommend his services."

"both doors fixed; one door broke a week later, but they came out and fixed again for no charge."

"OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."

"He did an excellent job repairing one of our gates that sustained damage from a recent wind storm"

"We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Los Angeles that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Zohar and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Zohar got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Zohar is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."

"We renovated our garage and turned it into an ADU. It came out beautiful. SES Builders was taking all of our needs in the project, they were there everyday, working hard, coming on time and providing the best result possible. We would definitely recommend SES to every person that is interested in a reliable company that will provide the best result for you in a great budget. They have an experienced team that cares about your project. Eli treated my project as he is renovating his own house. i had few changes, he did not charge me and I am thankful. My neighbor was renovating his kitchen close to the time I was renovating my garage, and he was really upset about the company for so many issues they had. I FEEL GRATEFUL! to find a great construction company these days is a matter of luck. Go with the reviews and see what most people think! If anyone would like to see my project, I invite them to take a look!"

"Roger was terrific. Showed up right on time. Cheerful and professional. Walked through the "to do" list with me. Went to Home Depot to pick up needed parts. Returned promptly and fixed everything on the list. I will definitely call Perkins and Sons for additional handyman work."

"These guys were great! Very responsive and professional. Because the trouble we were having was intermittent, they stayed around to make sure that everything worked properly and solved a technical issue we've been having for months. They came prepared with a replacement unit just in case. I would absolutely use them again."
