Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacement, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed timely (despite city inspection delays) and without issues. We're over the moon with our new kitchen and happy to have selected CHR for the job."

"I had four different contractors come to my house to give me a fee for a kitchen remodel at my home in Calabasas California. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price. They were coming up with every excuse in the book. They said there was no way possible! Then I had IND construction come out, they were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn’t acting crazy because of the budget that I set. They said absolutely they could do my kitchen remodel in that price! I was overjoyed but what was even better is they went over and above and made the remodel so easy for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend this company for all of my friends and family. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And in the end, the kitchen was more than I ever hoped it could be. I get so many compliments on my kitchen now from all of my friends. The cabinets are high-quality, the countertop is just what I want it, and the tile work is intricate. Kevin Truong of Ret Construction has been so helpful during our home renovation. He treats our remodeling ideas as if we were part of his family. He gives us different options based on our needs and suggests innovative ways to save money in the long run. What really delights us is the fact that he has us accompany him to the different businesses in order to select materials for our 2 bathroom remodels. He's able to point out prior shoddy handyman / contractor work and explain why construction shortcuts cost more money down the road. Kevin gives excellent suggestions for fixtures that look really nice but doesn't go over the top with really expensive options. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys.
