It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! "I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

"Mid-summer I began looking for a contractor to get us hooked up to city water. Rishel was the first I talked to. He came out and gave me the price. I contacted others who offered pricing but were not interested in the project. They referred me back to Rishel not knowing that I had already talked with him.
The difficulty and expense of the project was because when the water main was extended past our home a couple of years before it had to be put in with directional boring. This put the 18and quot; main nine feet below grade and on the other side of College Avenue. Rishel had the equipment and expertise to handle our job without cutting the road.
Over the next couple of months we were in constant contact. To do the job Rishel would have to put equipment on the lawn of the apartment complex across the street from us. He wanted to do the job at a time when they were less likely to cause lawn damage for the apartment complex or for us..
It was early October when that time arrived and we agreed on a day for them to begin. Their equipment arrived early on the designated morning and work began. The layout of the job was explained in detail to me and I was able to visualize the work and follow it as it progressed. The workers were efficient, extremely careful in all that they did. The work progressed seamlessly over the three days it took.
When they finished they left minimal evidence that they had been here. The necessary excavations for meter pit and tie in to the house were minimal and refilled back to ground level plus settling material left.
I was positively impressed by the expertise and caring with which the whole project was done. I certainly would recommend Rishel
to anyone needing excavation work.

"Outstanding all around! Mike and his crew are very pleasant individuals and were true to their word. They did the work we agreed to on the days that we agreed to -- including working Saturday and Sunday to complete the job -- at the cost agreed to. The results are excellent. We are delighted by the improvement inside the garage, for the carport to the left of the garage, and behind the garage. The concrete pad in the garage now slopes nicely toward the front of the garage, and there's a neat slot for the garage door to close into. On the left side of the garage, what previously was 3 separate concrete slabs all broken up that allowed water to pool in them are now a single seamless slab that drains toward the driveway. The stairs Mike and crew installed are robust and firmly anchored. I will definitely contact them again for future services.

Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal.
