I was almost resigned to the idea of replacing all the teak with something else, thinking it could not be revived, so I could not be happier. "The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"

"The owner (sorry forgot his name) showed up on time, measured the house and went over his bid with me.  He was very thorough told me exactly what was expected of me (move furniture) what the sanding process entailed and the final finish they apply.   I didn't proceed because there was so much else to do here and refinishing the floor would probably be one of the last things I do.   I still intend to update the bid from him, and take others, when it's time."
