"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Really impressed with this company. Joe, Renz, and Kevin made it an easy process. Joe explained everything clearly and helped us understand what would be done to make sure the roof quality was impeccable. Once we signed on, Renz stayed in touch with us as we worked to secure our financing for this and a couple of other home projects, but he was never overbearing or pushy - just politely checking in. He was quick to respond if we had any questions or updates. Kevin and his crew showed up right on time and worked incredibly efficiently and nearly. We unfortunately had a lot of rotted thin plywood underneath our shingles - Kevin gently explained the added cost and made the arrangements to get it done. Despite the unexpected need for an enter re-deck, the crew got everything done within the day and cleaned up beautifully. The ability to see regular progress updates from their photography of the project was extremely helpful."

"They did a Roof Shingle repair. Quick and great."

"I had the pleasure of hiring LIFETIME QUALITY to work on my skylight, roof, and chimney, and I?m extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to inspect everything carefully and explained the issues and solutions in a way I could easily understand. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also gave me a very fair and affordable price much better than the other estimates I received. There were no hidden fees, no pressure, and no surprises. Just honest, high-quality work from someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. He showed up on time every day, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was done safely and up to code. The skylight looks great, the roof is solid and secure, and the chimney was sealed and repaired perfectly. I can tell this work will last for years. I highly recommend him to anyone."

"Nick did a very professional evaluation of where my ceiling leak was originating from. He climbed into the attic and crawled into a difficult location to find the leak and wet wood. He took pictures and video to show me where water was entering my home. He gave me a excellent estimate and returned within 24hrs to do the repair. All of the work was done and cleanup was excellent. He explained each part of the repair. I would definitely rec Nick to anybody that needs a honest roof repairman!!! And the best part...he is a GREAT GUY !!!"

"Kadri and his team were exceptional! My house, built in the 50s, had a roof leak in a section of the roof that was flat. The roof had been replaced about 15 years ago. ABC recommended changing the shingles with a peel & stick rubber roof for the flatter part of our roof. They explained why, with pictures of my and other roofs. They told us that the underlying plywood was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, but explained why we had a leak. They didn't try to upsell me, just genuinely told me what needed to be done, and did it in a way that built trust. Why 5 stars?: First, their estimate came in lower than another company I also sourced from Angi. Secondly, they were very responsive to my messages. Third, they scheduled their work around my availability and showed up early and finished on time. Finally, they did high-quality, timely, and thorough work. I'd rehire them in a minute. In fact, we are considering having them fix siding and install leaf filters for our gutters."
