Chief, the company manager, took the time and effort to take me to past contract jobs to view quality of work and opportunity to visit with residential owners where past work was performed. Those favorable responses gave confidence that I could get a quality product from this firm. MY project was to refinish and apply an epoxy coating to a three car concrete garage floor. There were 2-3 cracks in the concrete floor that needed treatment. Plus a number of oil spots on the floor. Pretreatment of these faults removed any indication that they existed. "Jose and his employees were great to work with. I got 2 bids on my job. The first was done via phone with pictures. The price was very reasonable. The second was from Jose, who showed up at my home and assessed the situation. The cost was higher but I think the first bidder, when he got to my home would have seen the problems associated with the job and raised his bid. Either that or the quality would have been a great deal below what I received from Cardenas Concrete. In addition, Jose suggested that I contact the plumbing company that caused one of the problems associated with the project. I did and that company corrected that problem at zero cost. I am a big believer that you get what you pay. In this case, a high quality concrete installation with which I am 100% satisfied and for which I give Cardenas Concrete and Jose Cardenas my highest recommendation."

"Have worked with Gabriel and his team now on multiple occasions to complete massive back and front yard projects at our home. We're super pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them without reservation! Always very professional and responsive, and the quality of the work delivered was at a high bar. In the backyard, they completely transformed our landscaping with a full wrap-around fence install, plus new irrigation and sprinkler systems, and full sodding. We had concrete poured next to the house to have a pad for a hot tub, as well as a separate seating area for a fire pit. Both of these were concrete stamped and colored which looks really classy as compared to just "plain" concrete. In the front, they completely demolished out a cactus garden and old shrubs and bushes, building a full wooden pergola and trellises for grape growing, as well as putting in some new trees and planters...it looks infinitely better and nicer now! Have greatly appreciated working with Gabe and his team, and will certainly consider them again going forward."

"I wanted to finish the basement floors in my townhouse with a material that was impermeable to any kind of water damage or mold. There were several options to choose from and I chose the Medici treatment which turned out to be the best answer to my needs. Ross, the owner, was very quick to respond to my inquiry, came to my home to look at the project, discuss my goals, gave me a bid, and scheduled the install that same afternoon! He also worked with me as to the colors I desired and the result was outstanding! Wish I could post a picture. The crew was polite and courteous, moved a lot of heavy stuff (washer & dryer) so they could work without a single complaint, and the job was completed on schedule and on budget. No â hiddenâ fees or expenses of any kind. I will say that the odor from the product is quite strong , so if you decide to do this on an INTERIOR space like I did, ideally you may want to take a short vacation from home. I stuck it out at home and the odor was pretty much gone within about 24 hours of completion of the job (my project was done over two daysâ time). If you are doing this for a garage space, I donâ t think youâ ll have any issues. I really enjoyed working with Ross and his crew and highly recommend them!"
