"The service team kept in touch regarding arrival time so I knew what to expect. The technician Jonathan worked quickly and efficiently. He had a water heater on the truck and was able to complete the work same day, unlike 2 other companies I got quotes from. While I was shocked at what water heaters cost these days, High 5's price was very competitive with the other bids."

"Showed up on time, completely installed the tankless water heater in 3 hours and hauled away the old heater."

"I had a terrific experience with the team at Heart HVAC & Plumbing. I needed my tankless water heater to be flushed and a faucet to be fixed. I must have stumbled across an old coupon that was missing some verbiage as there was some confusion from the techs. They handled the situation with class and agreed to honor the dated offer. The techs were professional and did great work. I would not hesitate to hire Heart again."

"They was honest and drained the hot water heater at no cost"

"EZ Repair does it all…from plumbing, electrical, HVAC and handyman tasks…It’s really a one stop operation. The difference between this company and others is that when you call EZ Repair they are out to your home or business the same day if that is your request. Best of all they are fairly priced. I think everyone who works at this company must enjoy what they do because it was obvious to me. Their customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend using their services."

"Jim did a great job installing my water heater. He also repaired a washer leak and water connectors. I would highly recommend him. He was fair and reasonable, high ethical standards. I certainly will call him again if I have a problem. Thank you Jim......"

"If you’re looking for someone you can actually trust, Isaiah is the person to call. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. He took the time to educate me on my options for a whole home water filtration system and a tankless water heater, explaining the pros and cons of each without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how kind, honest, and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He was the only contractor who took the time to truly educate me instead of just giving me a quote. I walked away feeling informed, cared for, and confident that I was making the best decision for my home. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for their customers. Isaiah is truly one of a kind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for honest, client first service."

"The technician, Mr. Kostadinov, was professional, thorough, courteous and explained why a new water tank/heater was needed. The installation went smoothly. After completion, I was able to view the new water tank/heater, new pipes, etc. He then checked the water pressure in both bathrooms, the kitchen and the outdoor water system making sure it was normal. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing done."

"The overall experience surpassed my expectations from the moment the communication began to the moment the job was completed. Kieth reached out shortly after I submitted my request for a quote. He was professional and polite throughout our entire conversation, and made sure to answer all my questions. The next morning Keith and his assistant arrived on time to temporarily fix the pipes so I can use the 2nd water heater in the meantime. Like Kieth, his assistant was very polite and professional. They both arrived the next morning on time to replace the broken unit. Kieth carefully brought the new heater to the basement and took the old one out for disposal. They worked efficiently to get the job done right and promptly; they left the area clean, and made sure there were no issues with the 2nd water heater. Plumbing Tree's price was very competitive compared to Lowes and Home Depot. For their quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism, politeness and the time they spent teaching me how to better care for my water heaters, I would highly recommend them to anyone without thinking it twice."

"Great team! They did the full furnace/AC/hot water replacement. They provided a range of options, with full disclosure of items I needed to do and those that could wait. The start to finish of this project felt right with this team."
