"We've worked with Monk's previously, several years ago, for a whole-house exterior house painting job. We knew we wanted to work with them again, for a needed front porch repair. Kurt Becker visited, discussed the job with me, and was able to email me an detailed estimate right away. He was willing to price out a few variations on the project, which was helpful. After we decided on the project details, the crew were able to begin the following week, and wrap it all up within a few days. We had porch corner posts replaced, some of the flooring and ceiling boards replaced, and a new railing built and installed. We also asked them to replace the exterior trim on 2 second story windows. They repainted the new porch wood and front steps, to match the house colors. It's always great to work with the Monk's crews. They are professional, capable and clean everything up at the end of each work day. There is always a crew manager, in this case, Huibel, who is on site to discuss daily progress, and answer questions. It's been a pleasure to have them work here. I recommend them."

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! "Great company! Sam came to our home to view the needed work and provide an estimate. We were having the wooden surfaces of several casement windows painted before the winter set in. Our major concern was the increasing cold weather which could prolong the drying time of the paint. Sam worked with us to find a couple of warmer days for the work to be done and switched around his work schedule to accommodate us. Nelson, the painter, worked over two days to meticulously prime and paint 10 windows in our home. He also painted a wall in one of our upstairs bathrooms where we had needed a repair. As with the windows, the work was scrupulous. We would definitely use them again."
