"Acorn was great. As a first time homeowner, I appreciated the recommendations they made for replacing the old insulation in our attic and getting the largest bang for our buck. At the same time, they didn't try to upsell us on things other contractors recommended. Overall, the price was competitive and the work quality was high."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Alexander was easy to deal with, explained what was involved, did not upsell and finished the job in record time. When I need the roof replaced he is my goto contractor."

"I had a great experience with this roofing company. The team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and made sure everything was completed properly. The quality of the roofing work was excellent, and they cleaned up everything afterward. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional roofing company. Great service and quality workmanship!"

"I used Perfect Done construction a year ago and Iâ m writing this review since it was kindly requested. I found Perfect Done Construction online had them complete a house remodel and roof replacement for my home, and I am extremely impressed with their work. My biggest concern was finishing the project on time but Sal and his team ensured me and finished just on time. The finished renovation is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. "Dennis was great to work with. He was timely and responded to my texts quickly. He provided pictures of the roof repairs as he and his team worked. The prices were very fair and the repair worked really well (we had some rain the same day and no leaks)."

"ANB construction replaced my roof in late September and put in new gutters. Rosa & crew was easy to reach and we were able to get the arrangements done very effectively and efficiently. Solid work, crew was very experienced and got the job done quickly. The new roof and gutters look great and are holding up well to rain and snow. Would highly recommend you to give them a call! It’s worth it."
