"Original work started with removing wood siding above garage door and replacing with standard rough stucco, but evolved to re-stucco entire front of house to smooth stucco including removing wood siding around front windows. Work had to be done in phases to coordinate with contractor for a new wood garage door/jamb installation. They performed good quality work. They were on-time and cleaned their work area. For the most part, they were responsive to my communications (by text)."

"Done quickly and efficiently. A big shout out to Tina,Carlos,Levi and Brian, they kept things on track and on schedule. I highly recommend Trusted Home Contractors."

"These guys are super professional painters!!! Very affordably priced and they took great care of our property and project during the work. No drips, no over spray, always masked, patched each and every stucco spot on the walls outside and caulked - just like it really should be and without missing anything. They painted the outside walls all around the house including the back and front walls. We could not believe how this new transformation will impact our house. One of our neighbors was the one who recommended them to us and we are very glad that we called them. We will definitely call the in the future."

""I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Pearl Remodeling and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They listened to my needs and provided excellent suggestions for the design and layout of my new kitchen. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. If you’re vetting for general contractors at the moment I would highly recommend Pearl Remodeling to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled general contractor for their home renovation needs. ""

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"We truly love Best Builders Group! We had a wonderful time during the remodeling work that they did at our house and we highly recommend this company! Zohar was able to deliver everything he promise and even more. We originally hired them to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom on top of few other tasks around the house. One of our friend is an interior designer by profession and she joined us and helped on the design of our new stunning kitchen, brand new cabinets, new hardware, paint, counter tops and more. Zohar and his team were able to join forces very well with her and we were happy by that because it saved us money. In the master bedroom and bathroom we removed the existing tub and installed new hot tub including the replacement of all the existing floors and walls in addition to replacing all the light fixtures and the vanity mirrors. We fell that we are very blessed by having Best Builders Group and that the remodeling project was completed right before the holidays. We are currently thinking of doing another project and of course we will hire Best Builders Group! We are very satisfied with all the people at Best Builders Group that were involved at our house project that we invited all of them for a BBQ after the job was done."

"They were very responsive and a good job with the stucco and tile repair i needed done. I recommend them."

"If you are reading this, you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable roofing company. Progress home remodeling is that company. We had our old roofing removed and replaced on our rental house. We received excellent service from beginning to end. Bobby and his team kept open communication with me during the entire process. They cleaned up each evening, leaving the house clean and tidy. My admiration for this team as the outside weather hit 105+ every single day, and Ruben's team showed up for work every day and completed the job on time. Our house looks beautiful with the new roof. Thank you so much for the amazing job!"
