"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Great customer service and quick response (next day) to repair a small roof shingle issue. Only critique is I had to negotiate from the over the phone estimate down to the actual work performed, which was less. But their customer service quickly reduced the estimate and matched the work performed. Finally it was a quick and easy payment system online using debit or credit card. On a side note they informed me that my kind of roofing shingles have been recalled and I may be able to have a prorated roof replacement. Their customer service provided me with the details to make contact."

"Project needed to replace weather worn paint in driveway, patio, front stoop, and walkway. Zach’s team of Jamie and Tom completed the project with only weather delays prolonging the completion time. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and finished product! The areas worked looks like we again after almost 20 years of weathering. The quoted price was reasonable for the project as I had previous quotes of much higher. I would recommend this company with your concrete needs and would definitely hire again."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Tony was able to fit my project in during the week and it was accomplished in 1 day. He and his crew were extremely efficient by clearing my deck and stacking my furniture to the side. They removed all the debris. Tony provided information for maintenance to stain my deck once all the moisture seeps out from the wood. I recommended him to my girl friend who needs roofing work done.
