"I asked Steve to remove and reinstall new gutters on a new build. The first gutter system was done inappropriately. He explained in detail what was wrong and what he would do to fix the problem. In the process of installing the new gutters, he found the roof to have other issue with the installation. On his own effort, he called the manufacture to determine what could be done and how to solve the problems created by the original roofer. Through this process, the manufacture seemed to be less than helpful not wanting to come look at the <br /> project to verify any problems.
