They carry different grades of carpet, and choosing wisely is key to a satisfactory experience with them. I did not have any previous experience with carpet when I first bought from them. "Best Home Renovations were great to work with.  At our first meeting they listened carefully to what I wanted in the bathroom.  Then they steered me to contact their designer, Jennifer McClure, to help with choosing materials and designing the bathroom.  Jennifer was immensely helpful, and communicated well with Best Home. Best Home's Rebecca was great at communicating with me at every step of the job.  She communicated by email so she never interfered with my work schedule, and I could respond when I had time.  Dave, Steve, and the quartz countertop subcontractor were all very easy to work with.  When I told Dave and Steve I didn't like the lighting they installed in the bathroom,  they listened to my ideas about lighting and changed the lighting quickly and without complaint or added cost.  I loved the new lighting they installed, and all was good!!  Their tile work was beautiful and without flaws, despite my request to use epoxy grout, which is harder to work with than regular grout.  The cabinets, sinks and faucets were installed perfectly, with no damage.  Steve and Dave were able and willing to preserve the large mirrors and light bays that I wanted to keep, from the original bathroom.  The mirrors and light bays survived without any damage.  They also reinstalled our towel bars and hooks, onto the tile, as I requested, without damaging them or the new tile.  The bathroom looks beautiful, and just as I had envisioned it!!!  I was very comfortable leaving Steve and Dave in my house alone to work on the bathroom while I was at work.  I gave them the garage code without a problem.  They always were careful to remove their shoes in our home, and covered our hallways and stairs with dropcloths to prevent getting the floors dirty.  They cleaned up the bathroom carefully after finishing for the day and also at the end of the job.  I always felt comfortable talking to Steve and Dave and having them in my home.  I plan to use Best Home Renovations for my next home remodeling project and all the projects thereafter!!!!!"
