After an 8-month project with Owner, Greg Cutler and his Team, we are very pleased with the results of our extensive home renovation. First and foremost, what stands out is their commitment to customer satisfaction. In a project of our size, hundreds of details had to be addressed. If we were not completely satisfied at first, The AmeriCraft Team returned time and time again to correct anything we requested. This speaks to the high quality of their work. The finished product is beautiful, from new finished wood and tile floors, to carpentry, to innovative electrical outlet placement, to custom appliance installation, to clean finishes throughout, AmeriCraft did the job professionally. They took the initiative to ensure our 100% complete satisfaction. Everyone on their team has a great attitude and is naturally friendly. We especially appreciated their kitchen and bath designer, Jennifer, who was tireless in her efforts to help us find the perfect fixtures. Her relentless research on our behalf and dedication to our happiness never waned, even after several twists and turns along the process. Prefer not work with them again. The bottom line is that we have enough confidence in AmeriCraft that we are now in discussions with them to renovate some more areas of our home, specifically an additional bathroom and basement renovation. "We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. "Unprofessional, untimely, poor workmanship, stressful experience. Shawn did a LVP flooring install on two levels of my house, including the kitchen. Almost $8K for 1K SF. Flooring failed 1st time due to no subfloor leveling despite me asking twice if it was needed. 24 planks in 600 SF were separating in 2 weeks. Once I informed Shawn the floor was failing, his workers tried accessing my garage without permission to get tools. Seemed like they were trying to split on a bad job. Despite the bad job done, I worked with him on cost-effective products to try and save as much money as possible on the rework. Both levels of flooring had issues, but I only asked for main level to be redone. Ultimately, it took 4 months of poor communication and terrible customer service to finally get new flooring installed, still not level but holding????! Ultimately, the new flooring installed was left unfinished, leaving me to install trim, transitions, end caps, stair nosing and caulk on my own."
