"I had a panel upgrade, some new wiring, a few new outlets put in as well as new recessed led lights installed in 2 rooms. I'm very happy with all the work that was done. They worked well as a team and got it all accomplished in less than 3 days. They were professional, courteous, arrived on time and cleaned up after. I also have to say that the electrical panel looks great. I know that sounds silly but the wires were going every which way. Now, it is organized and is no longer the eyesore that it was. As someone who has had work done in my house over the years. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the quality of work is there and I will definitely use them again."

There were some edge ceiling tiles that needed to be removed to reach the power line and Bill did very clean work with the removal and disposal. Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. "Gen 3 came in and did a thorough evaluation. They gave several options for levels of interventions, revised the plan when we had modifications or additions until we were completely satisfied. The work took 4-5 weeks as 3 floors, a basement, and much of the outdoor wiring had to be redone. The team was skilled, prompt, and professional. They were able to fish the new wiring through walls and across ceilings often quite ingeniously. They minimized the necessary access holes to do the work. They cleaned up every day and they finished on time. This was highly specialized work which they do every day. So none of the quirks I our old house were unfamiliar to them. They arranged the official inspection that gave us the certification we needed and they came back promptly for minor adjustments. "The guys did an excellent job. They were pretty efficient. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. There was an issue with the estimate as the person estimating the job missed on the length of the wire so the start was delayed while the techs had to go get more wire. Initially the charger did not work as this was the first time they had to install this type. That being said they worked it out and all is good. I would hire them again"
