"During our first discussion, Russ provided deep insights into how he handles hardwood floor installation, things to consider in terms of vendors and how he separates himself from his competition. After our first discussion, I knew he was the right person to work with. He was very prompt in addressing my multiple questions prior to and during the project. Early on we spoke about timing, when it would be completed and he did not disappoint hitting the mark. Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. I will be recommending RJM Flooring to anyone that is in need of flooring installation."

"Had my kitchen & laundry room floor done a few years back. The floor is holding up well & still looks fantastic! Recommended to family who also had work done. Would absolutely use again!"

"Bob came and installed vinyl floor in my kitchen. Finish line hardwood flooring. He was polite, prompt, thorough, and trustworthy. I would definitely ask him to install again if the occasion rose."

"I couldn’t be happier with the laminated wood flooring installation! The entire process was seamless, from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled, ensuring every detail was handled with precision. The flooring looks absolutely stunning—flawless alignment and smooth finish that transformed the space into something modern and elegant. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and they took extra care to clean up after the job, leaving everything spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication to perfection really stood out. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for beautiful, durable flooring. Fantastic job!"

"While they did nice work initially they never finished the floor. They are not responding now. Since I paid in full I guess they don?t care."

"Encore Handyman were very professional , the customer service was excellent. They made sure the job was done at an efficient time and they made sure the job was done to my satisfaction."

"Got vinyl plank flooring installed and very pleased with it. Had a great value price and the installers were very professional and knew what they were doing."

"During the estimate, this was the only company that expected the chimney on the roof as well as the attic. Provided an estimate on the spot and it was less than there competitors. On the day of the repair, I was called and told the crew was on their way with an estimated time of arrival. The crew was respectful of our home, finished the job in the time frame they anticipated, and cleaned up beautifully. I would not hesitate in hiring this company again! They were excellent!"

"Victor and his team were amazing . He explained everything in detail as the work was being done. They were efficient, friendly, leaving me with a beautiful floor. I will definitely see Victor out when I replace the flooring in two more rooms in my house."

"Better coordination, and communication between sales, and contractors doing actual job. I needed to intervene, rather than contractor, to make sure all floors between rooms, matched- as agreed upon in original estimate. I wound-up having to spend 400 $ more, than original estimate, to get that result."
