This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. "We hired Sam's Hardwood Floors to refinish the hardwood floors and install quarter-round molding in our living room, dining room and entryway/main hallway. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated. Sam's business had some great reviews and all of his work exceeded our expectations. Our initial estimate was prompt and painless and we found his rates to be VERY reasonable. I had filled out their online form that I was looking to have wood floors installed (approx 900 sq ft) and I received a call the next day with co-owner Marcelino coming over a day later. I received the quote by the third day and they started installing the floors in two weeks. The workers were prompt and courteous during the entire time and the floor looks great and left everything clean. It took one day to install the floor and two days for the stairs (one day to install and another day to stain and seal)."

"Had LHI Painting Fox our basement after a blown water heater destroyed most of it while we were on vacation. I contacted LHI to do remediation work on the basement after it’s gotten flooded. They dispatched a Bagster bag dumpster and quickly demoed all of the compromised molded drywall and insulation. They then replaced 3 rotten studs, replaced drywall, sanded everything without making a lot of dust and painted the basement in its entirety including the floor. Their lines were crisp and they worked clean. I recommend them. They are good painters."
