I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I was referred to Summit Roofing by 2 separate friends who used them and were happy with the quality of their work and pricing. It took longer to schedule my job than I had hoped but it was because they had to wait additional time for the metal material to be delivered. Due to a lot of rain my job was delayed. To make up the time, Summit scheduled a crew to be at my home on a Saturday at 7:30am. They arrived promptly and completed what was originally scheduled for be a 2+ day job in one day! The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! During a rainy wind storm we had a leak due to a bad siding job (Joe did not do the siding) but Joe came out the same day, tore off the old siding & applied extra flashing in the trouble spot even though it had nothing to do with him or the roof (he just wanted to make sure we didn't have any leaks). Went the extra mile & didn't even charge us anything. Great company! Highly recommend!"

"Not only did Five Star do our siding, they installed stone on our porch and replaced rotten wood. It was hard to find a company to complete all the work we required. They did it all, and our house looks beautiful. After a bunch of companies either could not do all of the work, or just never bothered to get back to us with estimates, working with Five Star was a pleasure. "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"Mike Damario and his team of roofers did an excellent job. They were "on time," and worked continuously despite hot sunny conditions. Removal of the old tile roof was difficult and messy. The house, groundwork and shrubbery were thoroughly protected. No damage was incurred anywhere during the entire job, and cleanup was continuous and thorough. Mr. Damario was attentive, but not present during the entire job. His presence was not necessary as his crew were all professionals and self-starters. If Mike was needed, he was always available by phone, and would make time to inspect the job if necessary. Although we had not requested the installation of snow guards, and they were not included in his quote, Mike judged that the slope of the roof was such that their presence was necessary, particularly with a slick metal roof. He installed them throughout at no charge. In the end, there were no extras. We paid the price as quoted. If you are looking for a "cheap" job, do not look to Preferred Home Improvements as a solution. If you want nothing but a "top drawer" roof replacement; metal or otherwise, at a fair price with professional installers who work quickly and safely, then I can highly recommend Mike Damario and his team of roofing experts. By a "fair price," I mean neither high, nor low. Mike's price was competitive, and I'm very pleased that we decided to go with Preferred for our home re-roofing solution."

"Matt was really reasonable with pricing and had his guys came out to start the job within 1-2 days after we agree to use them to remove a large tree and all the shrubs and bushes surrounding our home. The tree and bushes were removed within 1-2 days but the remainder of the stumps and grinding and plants/shrubs drag out a week or more... their grind was down so that wasn t their fault. And when I followed up he did reply with an ETA and eventually the job was done over a course of several different days within 1-2 weeks. We would still use them again as they did a good job."
