"We had 3 companies come out to bid our home exterior project. We are very happy we went with Capital to replace our roof, siding and windows. Jeff and Danny were great to work with. They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. They kept us updated throughout the project as materials were delivered and when the different crews would be working on our house. The roofing crew was very efficient and hard working. Bryan the window installer was outstanding. We were very impressed with his high-quality work and attention to detail. John, Tony, and the rest of the siding crew were also fantastic. They made sure all our questions were answered as they were completing their work. Finally, we had stonework done on the front of the house and Troy, the mason, was great as well. "We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Rick's replaced our entire exterior including removing/replacing the windows, soffits, facia, gutters, roof and siding. It was a major renovation on our little house and garage. Everything proceeded smoothly, they showed up when they said they would, the costs were what they said they would be and the materials and workmanship were top notch. "TCSP is a company you can trust. I felt that they cared about my project from start to finish, but what really impressed me was their high standards. After they started putting on the siding, our foreman (Craig) noticed some imperfections in the materials. These were small imperfections and something I noticed but didn't think twice about until he called it out. Another company might have continued with the job and waited to see if the customer said anything, but Craig and Curt stopped work right away, ordered new product, explained to me what was happening, and gave me an adjusted timeline for completion once the new siding arrived. The end product is fantastic and our 100+ year old house is revitalized. We spent over a year talking to TCSP about our project and I met with Rob (sales) multiple times. I lost track of how many times I emailed Rob with questions or to have him run costs from me "one more time" after I had changed my mind about something. "Buck was wonderful to work with. He was very patient, answered all my questions, gave great recommendations and delivered as promised. His workers and site manager (Rick) were on time, polite, hard workers. During the project, Rick was very responsive as very minor matters came up. He addressed them quickly and completely. He also was well versed on the project at day one. Very good coordination between Buck, Rick and the crew. I had stone applied to the garage door pillars. The stone guy (Craig) also was on time and did beautiful work. Great subs is an indicator of a great contractor. With Eagle siding, you get what you pay for with no hassles or pressure. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "Anthony was on top of the entire project and kept us informed of the entire process. Anthony called ahead to inform us when the dumpster and materials would be delivered a couple of days before the job was supposed to start and when his crew found that the decking on my house needed to be replaced, Anthony contacted our insurance company and got it replaced without any extra work on our part. Anthony's crew replaced the entire roof and four skylights in less than two days. Anthony even came to our house on three separate occasions to run a magnet over our landscape to make sure there were no nails or material left behind that could cause a problem down the road.
