Because the project took much longer than promised, I was forced to pay for a hotel room while the work was being completed, which created an unexpected expense and inconvenience. Overall, the final result did not meet my expectations due to the incorrect floor color, the significant delay in completion, and the additional costs I incurred."

He didn’t just lay the floor over the ugly green tile like many would do. He took the old tile off and installed the floor. Very little wasted material. Quick and efficient.
